We are pleased to announce that, following a recent external audit, the Group has been certificated to ISO9001:2015, an international and leading quality management standard which we have held since 1995. By demonstrating and verifying our compliance with the requirements of the standard, we demonstrate our commitment to quality and strong customer focus, as well as continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) across the organisation.
From our business perspective, it’s about giving our stakeholders including customers, agents and suppliers, increased confidence in the products and services we provide; and maintaining the highest standard in quality so that we not only meet, but go beyond, our legal and regulatory requirements.
